Algoritem za avtomatizirano identifikacijo in poravnavo slik glede na markerje pri radioterapiji raka prostate. Namenjen je izboljšanju natančnosti obsevanja tarče z zmanjšanjem napak pri ročni poravnavi markerjev. Izračuna koordinate markerjev za CTje in CBCTje, optimalno poravnavo in vrne transformacijsko matriko.
